PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Hog Wild BBQ is a fast casual restaurant in Holland, Michigan. We have a “eat in or take out” menu along with many catering options. We offer catering for groups of 10 – 3000 people in the West Michigan area.
- This position will perform in all areas of catering – from taking a catering order to leading of our catering crew. There are a variety of catering experiences: weddings, company picnics, family gatherings and corporate catering.
- This Catering Crew Member will also assist with daily operations within Hog Wild BBQ: counter help and cash register.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist at Hog Wild BBQ catering at events: setting up, maintaining and breaking down catering events
- Develop a positive first impression of Hog Wild BBQ to customers
- Answer customer questions
- Ability to perform in a fast paced fun environment while maintaining a high level of guest service
- Operate point of sale system
- Follow and ensure Hog Wild standards

QUALIFICATIONS, WORK HOURS AND PAY:
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Ability to stand and move for up to 6 hours at a time with frequent bending and lifting
- Scheduled work hours will include the day, evening, weekends and holidays.
- Approximately 15-20 hours/week
