Hog Wild BBQ Catering Crew Member – Part Time

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Hog Wild BBQ is a fast casual restaurant in Holland, Michigan. We have a “eat in or take out” menu along with many catering options.  We offer catering for groups of 10 – 3000 people in the West Michigan area.
  • This position will perform in all areas of catering – from taking a catering order to leading of our catering crew.   There are a variety of catering experiences: weddings, company picnics, family gatherings and corporate catering.
  • This Catering Crew Member will also assist with daily operations within Hog Wild BBQ:  counter help and cash register.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist at Hog Wild BBQ catering at events: setting up, maintaining and breaking down catering events
  • Develop a positive first impression of Hog Wild BBQ to customers
  • Answer customer questions
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced fun environment while maintaining a high level of guest service
  • Operate point of sale system
  • Follow and ensure Hog Wild standards

QUALIFICATIONS, WORK HOURS AND PAY:

  • Strong customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to stand and move for up to 6 hours at a time with frequent bending and lifting
  • Scheduled work hours will include the day, evening, weekends and holidays.
  • Approximately 15-20 hours/week

Hog Wild BBQ Counter Help

Part Time or Full Time

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Hog Wild BBQ is a fast casual restaurant in Holland, Michigan. We have a “eat in or take out” menu along with many catering options.  We offer catering for groups of 10 – 3000 people in the West Michigan area.
  • Counter Help Staff assists customer with ordering, payment and assembling the order.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate point of sale system
  • Gain knowledge of Hog Wild food
  • Answer customer questions
  • Professionally answer the phone
  • Accurately assemble customer orders
  • Follow and ensure Hog Wild standards

  • Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours at a time with frequent bending and lifting
  • Scheduled work hours will include the day, evening, weekends and holidays.
  • Approximately 15-25 hours/week for Part Time and 35 – 45 hours for Full Time

Hog Wild BBQ Kitchen Crew

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Hog Wild BBQ is a fast casual restaurant in Holland, Michigan. We have a “eat in or take out” menu along with many catering options. We offer catering for groups of 10 – 3000 people in the West Michigan area.
  • Our awesome Kitchen Crew prepares all menu items for the restaurant & catering.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gain knowledge of Hog Wild food
  • Work with other Kitchen Crew Member and follow recipes to ensure food quality
  • Clean food prep equipment, floors, other kitchen tools & areas
  • Assist with unloading of deliveries
  • Follow and ensure Hog Wild standards

  • Ability to listen and follow instructions
  • Willing to be a team player, dependable, and work well with others

QUALIFICATIONS, WORK HOURS AND PAY:

  • Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours at a time with frequent bending and lifting
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Scheduled work hours will include the day, evening, weekends and holidays.
