Two New Menu Items

Our new bacon & sausage Hog Log sandwich is our new creation.  Sausage, peppers and onions wrapped in bacon and smoked in our specialty smokers for 5 hours – it is delicious.  This loaf is cut into 6oz portions and served on a bun with our homemade BBQ sauce.

We are also introducing jalapeno cheddar potato salad – not too hot, just right.  Come give it a try.
